I intend to dispute this charge and I would suggest the decision is reconsidered before I get my legal department involved. I came to Commission Junction because I thought it was a reputable and trustworthy company. I am extremely disappointed in the way this issue has been handled. It is unreasonable that your corporation should charge me $6000, provide nothing in return and refuse to refund my deposit. Before I wired the funds to my account, you told me a deposit would be refundable. In the process of canceling the account, other representatives from your company also assured me I would be issued a refund.
