Since you are on an employment based visa, you must ensure you are not engaging in any activity that would otherwise violate your O-1 status. Based on my conversation with Dr. Dubin, your activity will consist of unpacking fruit, removing their labels, as well as greeting people when they come into the Dubin Breast Center. You may not engage in any research or clinical activity. I will need you to either scan or fax the following to me: CV; I-94 Arrival/Departure card; Copy of O-1 visa in your passport; and Copy of biographic passport page. Ms. Levy in Volunteer Services will coordinate your clearances and is copied on this email. She may be reached at prompt 5.
