Jeffrey,
I met with Walter Challenger from from Port Authority today for lunch, we discussed fuel storage
area location and he viewed our hanger progress.
-Walter was very impressed with the ceiling and wall paint work in the hanger, his comment was,
"you guys really improved the longevity of the building" he was speakless when he viewed the
upstairs office space, he was very appreciative of our efforts,. We then proceeded to walk the area
for fuel storage on the ramp that port approved for us. Our area is speced to be located West of
Execujet's fuel area. Orginally port approved a spot of land for TWA. LLC to measure 14.5 feet x 40
feet deep, just large enough to park fuel truck and ISO container,. Walter and I measured Execu-
Jet's fuel storage area located next to our area, it measured 40 feet x 50 feet. Walter offered us the
oportunity to have an area equal to Execu-Jet's measurements of 40'x50' if you like? Wafter said he
would propose this to the airport manager for approval. Since an area of 40x50 is aready exsisting
on the airport for fuel storage, Walter didn't see any reason for the Port not to approve a larger area
for us, plus he will push for approval based on our hanger improvements.
would you like a larger area of 40'x50' feet or any size smaller?
thank you,
Larry
