Please note Rupert and Wendi are coming. She emailed me directly...having at one point offering to host this evening. If you can think of any important interesting and hip filmmakers that are also academy members that you and Fox have a relationship with to invite....that would be so appreciated. If you need any currant cmails or phone numbers, we probably have that info too. The key words am NO PRESS. Of course we will plant column items after. No reason to show one of the best films of the year and not tell all the voters. Stephanie in my office will send you my Oscar Diary from last year, this year's Cannes and Venice Diaries. They may shed some light on this year's race that has hardly begun or just make you laugh.
