My french identity card expires tomorrow, and lazy french civil officers have not done the new one. Without a french resident card, or at least temporary one, I can not leave the country and especially ask for my UK visa. I have seen them 4 times in 2 weeks, spent all the morning there today and have my hands shivering, they exhausted me and they treat foreigners awfully. They do not want to help and do not say when it would be ready. I did not ask you for help before because I hoped to do it myself, and did not want to bother you everytime.
