She founded her first company when she was 16. On graduating Oxford University she started a successful Corporate gift company. Simultaneously she worked globally for Maxwell Communications Corporation as an executive member of the Chairman's office. In that capacity she acted as a roving Ambassador for the Corporation, fostering Client relations with both Commercial Clients as well as government leaders. Miss Maxwell was also Business Development Manager for the newspaper, "The European". Miss Maxwell has held a number of board positions. She was on the board of Oxford United Football club and more recently Seed Magazine. Miss Maxwell also has a history as a venture capitalist with a record of successful investment in start-up and growing small-cap business. Ms. Maxwell also has managed several private businesses.
