The prosecutor assurred this person, who has filed a notice of intent to sue RRA, a private ESq. accused of falsifying cases in the scam, and Broward Sheriff deputies who were involved in multiple illegal acts, that arrests and criminal prosecutions are coming. The person filing suit is going ahead anyway because he is not going to let the statute of limitations run and I will know what he is discovering in the process.
