CFO called today and said he quit. The deal is off.
He had issues with not having enough control over how the money is used to develop the company. Plus,
he got a big job offer from a venture capital firm, so he is out. The other partner is resigning too. They
might work on starting a similar aviation company at some point and they would want me to join, but it
won't happen for a while...
