If I pass TOEFL this week-end, the results will be ready only in two weeks, it means that I will miss at least one week of classes to get a visa. Yet, I have found a paragraph on the web-site of UK border Agency, mentionning that you can help me with this obstacle: If you will be enrolling on a course at NQF 6/QCF 6/SCQF 9 or above at a UK higher education institution (university), which considers you to be a 'gifted student, you do not need to meet the English language requirement. The university's academic registrar must personally authorise the issue of your CAS to you. The CAS must con firm that the academic registrar has approved the waiving of the English language requirement. The university will also give you a letter confirming this. If you are applying from overseas, you should ensure that you have the letter with you when you enter the UK. Do you think you can make this letter for me? Thank you so much for your help!
