Isabel and I are in the middle of France taking care of Isabel's mom. In the meantime, through our close and personal business contacts, we have been approached to help sell between 8 —10 million shares of common A, common B, and preferred A shares of FB stock, pre- IPO. The minimum investment is $6 mil (although it is possible to individually invest less, as long as the investment is pooled with others in a SDV to get to the 6 mil minimum investment). There are quite a few people/entities who claim that they have access to these pre-IPO FB shares, but don't. We can confirm any such sale through the attorney who is handing the transaction. Perhaps, you also may know others who would be interested. This does need to be handled in a discrete manner, as it is a private sale. Anyway, thought this may be of interest to you.
