To: [email protected][[email protected]]; Jeffrey [email protected]] From: Gary Kerney Sent: Tue 7/26/2011 7:20:33 PM Subject: sub contractors FYI in prep. for our conversation. we have working on island 3 stone crews 2 block crews 2 plaster crews 2 tile crews these are all small contractors who cash their check and pay their men with cash and I agreed to get them local checks weekly, in lieu of up front deposits. example: on July 18, I submitted a $13.111.88 invoice for plaster and asked for a check, it was forwarded to Emad and Fri the 22end I went to get it and Daphne had not heard anything so I instructed her to issue the check and I kept the sub and his crew going.Daphne got the approval today.
