Well I think S has come to a decision to leave. He seems at peace, very calm/rational. He says he knows
himself and feels the end of a phase. He's not sad, he's very dispassionate about the whole thing.
He wants to focus on my career with him being secondary/support to me and just taking life as it comes.
I just want to be sure that I am doing the right thing, for him. Do I encourage him to walk away and into
the great wide open or to stay and be CEO and try to change the game?
Im not sure my life or career matter enough but to him they do. I won't push that side and dont want to
focus there right now if what I need to do is refocus him.
He's wonderful, one in a million. Super high integrity, smart and cares. Is he walking away because it is
really the right time or is he running from something he fears AND what role do I play?
I've never nagged or pushed, only always tried to be supportive. I dont pry or ask questions.
