I think with all these emails flying around it would be easier for everyone to follow if you could write in the body of your email why the bids have changed. We all know Jeffrey becomes uneasy when being presented with changing numbers... 1) First Bid - received by you on may 3rd - base amount before taxes & bond 69,600 2) Second Bid - received by you on may 16th - base amount before taxes & bond 72,900 3) Third Bid - received by you on may 16th - base amount before taxes & bond 77,900 Please help me understand all these changes in addition to if this work was bid by multiple vendors and what their pricing was.
