I receive up 25% royalty of the topline (sales).They can not touch the real business (IT driven payor & provider & patient solutions). - I receive a) cash payment US$3m (already received) and b) US$16m (US$10m already received) via loan notes with 10% compounded interest quarterly repayment schedule starts in Year 2022 and c) for each data collection center we open US$200.000 via loan notes on the same ten year terms.
