Judi is away this week but will surely be asking for some sort of organization when she returns on Monday. She need the information in order to set things up with the hotel in terms of coffee breaks etc. She will also need to know your IT needs and how you would like the room to be configured. On another note: I do not want to appear rude but we have really run out of seating space for the inauguration as it looks like my husband's entire family as well as mine have decided to attend the event while also turning it EFTA_R1_00503362 EFTA02004845 into a family reunion of sorts. Yikes!! We also are trying to seat all of our long time supporters and friends.
