As we discussed briefly one day, she spoke of wanting $450k. In a subsequent conversation she made mention of incentive bonuses down the road. You said you thought $400k for 3 years was fair. I don't disagree but I think she will only go for that if there is an incentive component and I don't think Leon is into that. I'm thinking maybe we offer $400k yr 1, $425k yr 2, $450k yr 3-no bonus. She also has $46k restricted stock. I am checking on how Apollo usually deals with that. Thoughts??
