If we prefer single occupancy there is additional charge of $780 ($65 per night). Total cost is $2460. We can also buy additional tour NY only for 5 days, that will extend her visit in NY. Cost of the tour with single occupancy in the hotel is $1095. All guests are required to be on the tour, otherwise agent will notify the consulate. We have to pay deposit of $500 to New Tours that will include $ 50 for the support letter for the interview for VISA. If the VISA is rejected the deposit is refundable with the deduction of $50 for the letter. I would like to remind you that we can pay for the tour only when we have a date for the interview in Moscow consulate as I have to know approximate time for visit. The travel agency accepts payment in cash, checks and credit cards. For Credit card payment there is additional 3% charge.
