Western system will advise cost of new vs refurbished, HAVAC Pool Pack still down, expect to have new solenoid for compressor function tomorrow, there are 6 total solenoid on this unit one has already been replaced Reviewing history with JBH it looks like this unit took a major hit at some time, hence the on going repairs. Would advise replacing this unit totally, will review with Rich B Coupling to Pump 2 on Main Loop for Cooling Tower cracked and let lose on Saturday as well, Motor seems to be out of balance for some reason, will review. This was another cause for system shut down Programing has been restored to Main House controls, all other systems on line and running Rich B and I will keep an eye on system remotely New DUC for main house has been ordered, and will have Electrician wire in an extra battery back up, this should prevent total loss of programming in the future. Reviewed past invoicing 2011 that was not submitted for payment, this includes Pool Pack Repair, Annual Maintenance, other system repairs, Including this years outstanding invoicing approx 22k, Will be submitting Thursday for payment. Swimming Pool and Spa Found system in service mode, therefore filters running 24/7. Have Reprogrammed controller for 12 hr cycle while house is unoccupied. The Pool Equipment room is a mess. Estancia Fountain JJ reviewed staining, will remove with a Diluted solution of MA and reseal entire fountain. Both Fountains where missing filter elements, replacement filters in stock do not fit. will review options Well 4 booster Pumps Unable to determine why one pump keeps tripping out, will get Randy ( Electrician ) to review Have replaced starter on one already, may need to do on the other. Reservoir Clay valve keeps sticking. causing the reservoir to over flow, will review placement options Polaris Bikes In garage dirty, no fuel and some of the accessories not install.
