Good Day,
Based on the correspondence we had last week via email and our phone conversation, I have
been, working to organize the purchase and shipment of Thirty 15' coconut palms from Puerto
Rico.
I have spoken to the manager of the Farm in Puerto Rico, where we purchased the trees. They
want me to line up the shipping, then come to the Farm to measure, select and tag the trees we
want.
And then when they recieve a deposit on the total amount, they will begin digging the trees and
preparing them for shipping.
As for the shipping, we spoke about using The Commander, since you have credit with
them. Which is good since the largest expense last time was shipping.
I spoke with The Captain of The Commander and he told me that they do go to Puerto Rico
often, and 3111 need to do is schedule it with Mrs. Boines-Jackson.
She has been off island and will return next week, so we can schedule a date to ship.
•Tropical charged us just under $3,000 per flatrack all included.
+ plus some overage charges
What I am trying to do now is locate 3 Flatracks to rent, so that we can hire a Trucking
company in Puerto Rico to bring the FlatRacks from The Port in San Juan to The Farm and then
back to the port once they've been loaded.
I have been having a little trouble solidifying the rental of the 3 Flatracks, Emad and I have
spoke and met to work together and make this happen.
Things are definately moving forward.
I'll sec you on Tuesday.
Thank You,
Igala
