These charges are directly passed through, once were billed by the handler. There is a 1 hour minimum, so a 50 min flight would be deducted 1 hour. Did you ever get a better feel on customs fees? If flight only 50 mins then is that what is deducted from jet pass hours (sorry I have not read docs yet) Is there rounding up?
