I understand your desire to exclude some or all of the C Check expense. My concern is that delivering the aircraft with a fresh C2C inspection has always been something that we have agreed to include in the deal, both verbally and in our written counter offers. EFTA_R1_00517120 EFTA02014445 We run the risk of being perceived as changing the deal and this will, most likely, not go over well. I understand that the C inspection is a significant expense; however, from a market value standpoint, it does not add a lot of value to the aircraft as it is required to keep the aircraft in an airworthy condition. The plane cannot be flown without completing it. I believe that there is another component of the C inspection due in 12 months — and the buyer is aware of this. Let me know your thoughts regarding a counter offer.
