I still need to review this with the engineering group on the Fiber Interfaces and Wireless VoIP delivery to make sure that we do no miss anything that will be needed to complete the proposal. I can get a rough budgetary early next week and if the system looks like it is acceptable then I will have to go back and detail he design for the final. I will also get you a quote for the fiber terminations. The Fiber should be "Single Mode Fiber" with a minimum of 4 pairs (6 Pairs will leave some expansion room) from either Corning or OCC. I will spec the terminations when I get you a quote for the work from the Fiber Company that we work with.
