We saw Solina last Thursday in Silicon Valley and have just gotten the documents back today based on your guidance and several small points - such as the minimum amount of capital, no alcohol and gambling investments - that she personally (not her lawyers) wanted to include. Assuming you have no major points, we plan to send them out in the morning and to have their approval formally by the end of the week. And we want to close on your investment and that by Jacob's father next week so as to make the first investment by January 31st. I can't wait to hear all about Africa.
