I may have the wood floor refinishers replace the base molding.. might be easier for them to do, and maybe Michael can replace the crown molding on the ceiling in 8H. The floors in 8H arc being started tomorrow, and they will be finished on Friday, so if you and Michael want to start painting 8H on Monday the 28th? Then II P should be ready to start painting also on May 3Ist.
