I. I have no info regarding a shed, but should be basic sq ft price. 2. As far as operations, once everyone is in agreement on the correct number of employees, I would like to assist in complete job descriptions and actual documents as to what the employee is responsible for daily — weekly — monthly. For each employee this will be a work in progress, but over a years time I feel you will have 95% of all needed tasks recorded and easy to be managed. 3. Landscape, I forwarded into TenEych who will at least tell us how far out of reality that proposal was.
