AirCell system which is continental US coverage only,. since it uses ground based reception, it is fastest service,. -BBML by Rockwell Collins (Broad Band Multi Link, is the most popular that Gulfstream is offering on G550's etc, coverage is through Satellite,.and is world wide for the most part,. this is not an option for GIl since STC is required and not cost effective, Gulfstream has STC for GIV's and up.. plus, this system is expensive: depending on SATPHONE installed and antenna, the best case scenario is $260,000 to as much as 5700,000 (of course these are Gulfsteam prices!!)
