Jeffrey, Further to my earlier e-mail I note that the most recent Telegraph article (10 March, 2011) makes the statement that you are "alleged to have used your (sic) fleet of private aircraft which also includes a Boeing 727 and a helicopter to transfer under-aged girls around the world for Illegal sex". I am assuming this is a reference to allegations emanating from the civil law suits, but if you could give me some additional background I can decide whether or not to make direct reference to this statement in the letter. I also note that the Duchess of York is quoted in the Telegraph as saying, inter alia, that she "had no idea of the string of other allegations and Court cases against you (sic)....". As this is likely to be her solicitor's initial response, it would be helpful if you could provide me with any specifics that would undermine this statement.
