His firm has a Florida office and he does not mind suing Esq.'s. Was talking to Roger about another case we are on together. He said he knows about your criminal case generally (knows Alan D. well, apparently) and said he would look at pleadings to see if he or his firm could be useful. Said they do sue for legal malpractice and he has no problem with fact defendant is a lawyer. Call me if you want to discuss. Call Alan also and see what he says about Roger.
