I will travel to PBI and inform Janusz of this, with the hopes that he will stay on for a further 3 to 4 weeks to complete a handover also giving time to employee a handyman. Louella will move into the staff area in PBI, taking on the role of manager. A male handyman will be employed, who will support Louella, take on the responsibility of the grounds, heavy work and the pool, hence eliminating the pool contractor. Igor will be released within the next 2 weeks Moving forward with the employment of a couple for NYC, whom will be employed under the understand that this position would require some travelling. JoJo would be retained as your driver and Lin will be retired A management couple will be employed for the Ranch, there are very good candidates in the wings, whom we will phone interview with next week. Since our conversation I have spoken to Rich, whom informs me that you no longer wish Louella to move into the PBI property and would prefer Igor to remain on site. I do not see how this would work given Igor's work ethic, general attitude and that he and Louella do not get on well.
