Per our conversation last night, please view attached our offer to purchase, on behalf of our client, Bell 407 sn
53375. Like we discussed, based on the recent comps (ours being the closest, 53257), we believe this to be a
fair offer commensurate with current market. The timeline also works well as the drive shaft won't be delivered
until March 25th.
These are the same buyers who bought our 407 a few months ago!
