Subject: Dr Shimony/Dr Krumholtz
Dr Shimony has spoken with Dr Krumholtz. They both want you to see Dr Krumholtz for a
consultation first and then have the procedure. I have made you an appt for a consultation on oct
7 at 11:15am. Procedures are only done on Monday's and Wednesday's. Monday Oct 10 is over
booked. I made an appt for you for the procedure on wed Oct 12 at 8:30am. Is this possible for
you to keep this schedule? I asked if you could have a phone consultation instead of face to face
and was told no. I need to know what procedure it is you want done, if you arc having symptoms
or if this is a routine follow up. Please advise. Thanks!
