Unless I hear from you, I will make a reservation under your name at The Heritage Hotel in Southbury, CT, 12 miles from Eastover Farm. (If you want to go high-end, try Mayflower Inn, Washington, CT. But the advantage of staying at the Heritage is the group will be there and will have breakfast together.) Room and Breakfast are covered. The hotel will ask for a credit card on check-in for incidentals. Please reconfirm with me by Friday of this week and let me know about late arrival. I suggest you check in and plan arrive at Eastover Farm at 4pm. We'll have cocktails at 5:30pm and then go to a restaurant (3 minutes away) for dinner at 6:30pm. On Saturday, check out of hotel after breakfast and come to the farm for the day. For dinner we have a 6pm reservation at a nearby restaurant which is enroute to Cambridge or New York. Assuming we finish around 8pm, you should be back in NYC by 10pm or Cambridge by 10:30pm.
