I called Rushmypassport and they say not only must JE send in his 2nd passport but he must also send in his new current 10 year passport. Jeffrey actually DOES have time to do this with his current schedule...he does not plan to go to the island until June 1st. This being said, he really, technically, does not need his passport to go to the island either since it is US. -but I think Jeffrey likes to have it with him_. ...my question is do you recall having to send in both his 10 year and expiring 2 year passport last time?
