I'm trying to be nice and am just asking for what they owe me (unfortunately, my lawyer didn't list the expenses on the letter and made the requested salary larger). It's put me in a bad situation as I changed my life to help them and passed up a couple of nice opportunities that would have eventually paid me a pension. There were two contracts (NDA & emp. Contract), but they were both signed under duress, so are not valid. Still surprised Joe let that happen - the lawyer said I had to sign or no job. I was already in NYC, gave up my apartment and on the payroll over a month. I had not seen the contract in advance and had no counsel present. My lawyer is paid by the hour, and I can't afford much longer. I'll have to go to NYC for unemployment and they have hundreds of advocacy lawyers (for females, older worker and wrongful termination) who would be salivating for a case like this - I'm the 99% - they are the 1% - I'm a female - they are venture capitalists - In Bill DeBlasio's NYC they lose already..... you know the system.... Sorry this all happened - don't know what Fred was thinking to put Joe in charge. He's a great guy, but is a trader, no management or leadership skills, and Fred's the one paying.... But, they both treat woman as disposable - tragic. Fred would say, "Girls - rape them, kill them and throw them out the window". It's shocking in person - even worse on tape. Please get Joe to fix this before I change my mind ('nice' is going to put me in the poor old folks home and I'm probably crazy to let this go) - they probably made/spent more than this amount last week.... PS. Didn't mention this before, but Fred made me SWEAR (like 10 times) that I would NEVER lie to him. Said the nurses/staff did all the time. The morning he was moving back into his apartment the nurses told the staff to tell him he was there that morning. It was criminal - he's lucid enough to know he wasn't. It would be considered senior abuse in Virginia... Please don't let this happen to you (or Mort - know he's sick and love that guy). EFTA_R1_00636274 EFTA02072390
