If so, I would make sure it is available for when he wants to go (which I believe is July 31-aug2). He always needs a one bedroom suite and an extra regular room for an assistant(s). Usually he wants the best room available at these sorts of places. (If it were,say, a regular hote,l he does not necessarily need the penthouse cause it is usually stupid money $$$$$$) I give him a choice usually. He wants 5star for sure.
