Subject: painting...
, wanted to let you know the painting that arrived that house a few weeks
back that you wanted to make sure JE saw and you said would eventually go to the
island...well, Jeffrey saw it, but I am not sure what he ever decided to do with
it...I asked him a few days later and he never responded...just wanted to let you
know in case it did not go to island and before it gets lost-last I know Merwin
had it!
