To: From: Lisa Kirk Sem: Fri 12/19/2014 7:35:48 PM Subject: Portrait Scholarship Update Hi Lesley, I wanted to check in with you ahead of the holidays to let you know where we are with each of Jeffrey's Portrait subjects. We have been in touch with again as she was hoping to meet with Kyeong some time after December 17th. I heard just last night that she will now not be in New York until mid January and plans to visit the Academy then. We do not have a firm date as yet. will be back in touch when her travel plans are confirmed. She also mentioned letting Jeffrey know she has had to postpone her meeting with Kyeong. and are looking to meet during winter break and as soon as they have a firm date I will let you know. I'm checking in with Nick as to my knowledge we have had no response from His last contact was on December 3rd. He will follow up again (the second years are consumed with mid-year critiques this week). I know you were also going to reach out to her. Winter break is an ideal opportunity for all the artists and the portrait recipients to meet so I am keen we secure dates for all three in the coming weeks. We're very grateful to Jeffrey for his support of this unique scholarship program and I appreciate your interest and follow up.
