In it you will find a list of food items and basic package prices. If you would like servers at the event, there is was we call a Drop/Serve. This includes servers coming to your event with a grill and finishing off meats on the grill and then either cutting or pulling them. We also bring all of our own tables, chafing dishes, forks, plates, wetnaps, ect. This options is a $4 upcharge per person and an 18% Administrative Fee.
