I am on train and my Internet is not working well. ..can you get into G3 visas and look if Jeffrey has to turn in his current passport with the visa app? I think he does!? And if this is the case, maybe that passport should stay here in NY and not go with him to ranch so whoever takes the app to the embassy can take the passport also.
