At the moment the town is doing the best it can to make sure the fields are ready for us but there is a strong possibility that they will be unplayable. I was on the Saxe fields the other day and there is still standing water in places. Unfortunately todays sunshine is supposed to give way to showers tomorrow. In the event that the fields are closed, we have been given turf time on Dunning Field from 6:30-8pm on Saturday Evening. I understand the time is not ideal but its better than losing a weekend of play. If the fields are open, we will be on the Saxe Fields closest to South Ave from 10- 11:30 on Saturday & 11:30-1pm on Sunday. In either scenario we would ask you to come at least a half an hour early so we can hand out pinnies & shorts Please understand that these practices are not mandatory and you do not need to notify us if your son cannot make it. I will send a blast message as soon as I hear about the field status but also feel free to call the Fields Hotline (203-594-3610).
