Pool view/Courtyard view The BoardWalk Inn which is lust across the lake from the Yacht Club Two Bedroom Suite (IU) 1288 sq ft $1321 plus tax per night Garden View Two Bedroom Suite (IV) 1300 sq ft $1790 plus tax per night boardwalk/lagoon view Personally, I prefer the Boardwalk Inn two bedroom suite (the IV) because it is more spacious and the view of the boardwalk, lagoon and the Yacht and Beach Club is very nice. After you have had an opportunity to review the attached floor plans, just send me a quick email and I would be happy to book the nights he has requested....arriving 1/5 and departing 1/8. So they are comparable. If it is available, I will send you a floor plan so that you can get a general idea. If you would like to check on it in the meantime...go onto Disney.com and go to the Beach Club. The suite is a two bedroom suite...the code is W2. If you just go in as if you are attempting to book it...you can see what it looks like. They would have the floor plan on the website. Then you can let me know if you think it would something he would be interested in.
