RE: appliances? hood vent?
I know the hood is in the wrong place. We just have to move it over a bay.
Not too big a deal. No appliances until you are ready to move in. After we
finish the floors.
The tile guy is showing up next week. The guy that I was going to sign pulled a
fast one and wanted to add 12,000 to the price on the day he was supposed to
start. We had to go to plan b. The guy is good however and reasonable. Next
big thing is the street and the drywells and putting the utilities in the house.
We are starting that this week. The trimmer is scheduled for a week and a half
from now.

Subject: appliances? hood vent?
Hi Bob.how much grief is moving that hood vent over going to cause!? It is
definitely not in the right place.I know the pipes are all in the ceiling to go
out of house.is it a big deal?
When do I need to order the appliances? I think Nukitchens says in their
contract they charge you to come back out and install if you don't have
everything ready to go for them.? however, I would think we don't want
appliances in if we can't lock up the house, right?
