After you arc rested and begin there arc a few things I would like to bring to your immediate attention: I. Staff stairs from cellar to 2nd floor need vacuuming. 2. Flowers in basement kitchen need to be thrown out. 3. Front of house needs to be swept/hosed down and garbage picked up each morning. Service area needs to be kept clean as well. 4. On the 5th floor, the two black swans fixtures and small lighting fixture need to be carefully moved from the mechanical room on the left to the storage room down the hallway on the right. 7. On the 6th floor, a string from the red carpet down near the staff stairs needs to be clipped. Flowers need to purchased and planted on the balcony outside flowers only. Existing plants need to watered as required. The balcony will need to be checked to see if it is clean before Mr. Epstein returns, may need hosing down and rail scrubbed, etc. 8. Weeds on roof need to be removed. 9. Any remaining flower arrangements will most likely need an eye kept on. Remove if dying. 10. Please insure that all leftovers or condiments, etc., stored in the first floor kitchen refrigerators are be placed in closed containers, not remaining open in serving dishes or on plates covered with plastic wrap, etc. 11. Fresh baked cookies should be made available for Mr. Epstein while he is in residence. He likes Nestle chocolate chip cookies (baked here from the cookie dough that must be purchased and kept on hand here). After being baked they are to be placed on a glass covered cake type dish on the kitchen counter for him. 12. Please check to make certain lights are on in rooms Mr. Epstein and /or guests will be occupying, and are turned off afterwards. Make certain to check that all lights are turned off in the evening on all floors as they should be.
