The hvac guy says it may be a good idea to bring a airconditioning line set up to the attic now. If
you ever want to finish that area it would save you a bunch because you would either have to run
it up the side of the building or rip the house apart. The line set (which is a insulated copper pipe
necessary to run coolant through) would cost 1,000 dollars. Its your call.
