We are not going to send our crew and crane in until Monday as it is going to take a full day, tomorrow, for your laborers and excavator to remove the snow from this site. And the crane company won't come out tomorrow due to the weather / road conditions. The forecast is good for the next few days so this should be the final delay in completing this installation. I understand your frustration but site preparation and access is your responsibility. We originally planned on 4 days for this installation and it is now turning into 6. Site conditions and weather have not worked in either yours or our favor. Let's work together and get this done! I have my crew and crane scheduled to be there Saturday first thing in the morning but I need for you to have your laborers and excavator there as well for snow removal and to address any site accessability issues. If this can't happen please let me know because we will not return on Saturday if not. We will plan on finishing up the installation on Monday if all goes well on Saturday.
