On the estimate we gave the bank we had: $65.00 for excavation (which is an obvious error, but they have told us they will not release more funds than this since that is what we gave them! bummer...) That is a typo. Should be 65,000. $52,000 for foundation (Invoice I have is for $48,797 from Superior..not sure this is final N? Our quote from you was 548,000) That is it for the foundation $26,000 for demo (Drenckhaahn was $22,000....but in our original quote for us you had 10k for demo) We are just starting to wonder if the budget we gave the bank is going to wind up being more accurate than the budget we started out with from you...or maybe it will lie somewhere in between? From your professional prospective...what are your thoughts!? Inquiry minds want to know...! Do you have any quotes in for windows? I DO want windows in the cupola!
