But when you sent that email, , that states "ticketing information for Martin Nowak" I assumed you were sending along a ticket you had booked for Martin...If you had said: hey I need this strange email from Amex for Martin do either of you know what it is about, I would have replied. Since you just sent it I assumed you booked it. Sorry for assuming, but in the past when you book a ticket for someone, you just send the ticket info and that is it...so why would I think differently on this one? I have a new ticket on hold for Martin for the 29th-Jan.lst now.
