In order to avoid slow downs later on, there are some things we can work on now that would help expedite the process. They are itemized below: • The contract has some blanks, particularly on the first page that need to be filled in. Paragraph 1 needs the block and lot numbers. Article 3 has three blanks that need to be filled in. Articles 9 and 16 appear to conflict (Elena tells me you might already be working on this). • Please confirm that the final budget number is $1,945,765• • Who are the Connecticut based subcontractors you will be using for the construction (i.e. electrical, septic, plumbing, etc). Once I get the finalized contract I can send it along with the budget out for review. Thanks for you help with this.
