Pretty crazy as the person answered all the security questions correctly. Stuart from Amex wanted to speak to JE directly, I asked Je what happened and he said they are sending him a new card which should arrive by tuesday. and Les, just to fill you in, Stuart from Amex phoned Bella and said that Jeffrey had been on the phone to him booking a ticket to Zurich and they had been disconnected. When I phoned him back he told me the person he had been speaking to had answered all the security questions correctly and they were in the process of booking the ticket when they were disconnected.
