Hi Abigail,
Jeffrey wanted me to let you know that Thorbjoern Jagland, who is the head of the Nobel Peace
Prize committee and the Secretary- General of the Council of Europe, is staying with Jeffrey at his
apt in Paris tomorrow until Saturday if the Ambassador wants to come for tea or a drink. In any
case, Jeffrey will see the Ambassador this evening as well.
